Chinese Almond Cookies

Ingredients:

I cup margarine, softened

1 cup sugar

1 egg

3 cups flour

1 tsp baking soda

¾ tsp almond extract

Cooking Method:

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, cream the margarine and sugar.
  2. Add the egg to the mixture and beat well.
  3. Sift dry ingredients and add it to the creamed mixture.
  4. Add almond extract to the mixture and mix well.
  5. Roll the dough into balls about ¾ inch in diameter.
  6. Prick a small hole in the middle of each cookie.
  7. Bake at 100 ˚C for 10 to 12 minutes until cookies are golden brown around edges.

材料:

I 杯人造牛油,软化

1 茶匙苏打粉

¾ 茶匙纯杏仁精

烹煮方式:

1. 用中型的搅拌碗,把牛油和糖搅匀,成糊状。

2. 加入鸡蛋,快速打匀。

3. 把干的材料过筛,加进打匀的混合料中。

4. 加入纯杏仁精,拌匀成面团。

5. 把面团捏成小球状,每颗直径大约 ¾ 寸。

6. 在每一颗面团球的中间扎一个小洞。

7. 以100摄氏度烘焙10至12 分钟,直到饼干边缘呈金黄色。
